Cancellation
- Clients can cancel a project by providing a written notice via email or other agreed communication channels.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress of the project:Before work begins: No cancellation fee.
After initial concepts/design drafts: A percentage of the total project cost will be charged to cover the time and resources spent.
During advanced stages or near completion: Full payment may be required for the completed portion of the project.
Refunds
- Refunds are not available for services already rendered or completed deliverables.
- For prepaid services:If no work has been started, a full refund (minus administrative fees) may be provided.
If work has commenced, partial refunds will be assessed based on the work completed and associated costs. - Refund requests must be made in writing within [insert timeframe] of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom design work and any digital files or deliverables already approved by the client.
- Rush fees, third-party services, or add-ons such as stock images or special licensing.
Discretionary Refunds
At Zefi Studio’s discretion, partial refunds or credits for future services may be offered for unique situations.
